Rufus Blaq

Rufus Blaq (born Rufus Moore in Youngstown, Ohio) is a male rapper from the 90s. Not much information is given about him, but he was signed to Perspective Records.
In 1998, Rufus released his debut album, "Credentials." It's unknown how or if the album ever charted.
His only charting single to date, "Out of Sight (Yo)" peaked at #97 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #52 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 13 weeks, and #18 on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles chart.
The follow-up singles "Give it To Me Daddy" and "Make It Hot" were released as 12" promos, but didn't appear to chart at all. Rufus has written, arranged, & produced music, and provided vocals for artists such as Monifah, Smooth, Angie Stone, Young Rome, Herb Middleton, Marques Houston, and Omarion.
In June of 2011, Rufus released his mixtape, "Electric Pretty" which is available on his Bandcamp page.
