E.T.

E.T. (born Eddie Thomas in Harlem, New York) was a male R&B singer from the 80's. Not much information is given about him, but he was signed to Total Experience Records.
In 1986, E.T. released his debut album, "Best Friends" which didn't appear to make the Billboard album charts at all.
The title song peaked at #18 on Billboard's Hot Black Singles chart in February of 1986, staying on the chart for 15 weeks, becoming his highest chart appearance to date.

The follow-up single, "Magic in the Air (All Around You Everywhere)" peaked at #69 on Billboard's Hot Black Singles chart in October of 1986, staying on the chart for only 7 weeks. Another single, "Candy" was released, but didn't chart.
In 1987, E.T. released the single, "Saturday Night" under his full name on Seventeen Records, but it failed to make the charts at all. After that, it seems as if E.T. has faded into obscurity. Nothing much has been heard from him since.
